    Frequently Asked Questions

    Can I bring a companion?

    Yes. We’re pleased to offer a 15% discount off the published tour price for one companion.

    Can I travel with another travel agent?

    Unfortunately, we’re only able to offer one Try Our Trip agent space per departure.

    How long can I hold a space for while I decide?

    Once you have submitted your request, we can hold space for 48 hours. There may be other agents in line to book so this cannot be extended.

    What if I want to book a different trip?

    Our Try Our Trip picks are a collection of trips chosen specifically for our agent partners. If you have another adventure in mind, don't hesitate to email us as we may have alternate tours/dates available at Try Our Trip rates.

    What if I have to cancel?

    Try Our Trip agent spaces are non-refundable at the time of booking. If you have to cancel, our sales team would be happy to provide all necessary documentation for an insurance claim.

    Please note that your space is on request at the time of booking. It is not recommended to book airfare until you have received a confirmation invoice from our sales team.
