Carolyn has worked in travel for more than two decades and has explored 60+ countries across all seven continents. You can usually find her with a camera in hand, chasing down her next best shot, hiking (and definitely breathing heavily) up and down mountains, or laughing around a table with strangers while sharing a local meal. She believes in travel that’s meaningful, sustainable, and rooted in real connection—and knows the real magic often happens when you get off the beaten path. A former travel advisor herself, she loves helping advisors introduce these kinds of experiences to their travelers. As a BDM at Exodus, she’s here to support with training, strategy, and whatever you need to grow your active adventure business.
